Mosaic floors, Ruins of the Palace on the reef, Amphitheater of King Herod, the Crusader fortress, the sites of statues and temples, the upper and lower aqueducts, a large bath complex of the Byzantine period. One of the most famous places in Caesarea is the Roman theater dating back to the time of Herod the Great. The stands of this theater can hold 4,000 spectators. Also, there is the ancient racetrack with more than 30,000 seats, where the famous chariot races were held. The Port of Herod the Great with a delightful embankment, inner and outer harbor, as well as a 400-meter long breakwater, occupies the central part of the park.
Then we move to Haifa, where Israel’s most monumental landmark is located - the cascades of Bahai Gardens on Mount Carmel. The Gardens are considered the “eighth wonder of the world” and are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The curious gaze of our tourists will see the lower and central part of the gardens with the main fountain, internal garden, and cactus garden. The heart of the Bahai Gardens is the tomb of Bab, which is a monumental building with a golden dome, around which lies an impressive garden complex. One huge staircase, nineteen tiers, thousands of plants and ornaments that seem to flow down the mountainside. Also, the view from the terraces over the city and the Haifa Bay will become a lifetime experience!
After Haifa, tourists will have the opportunity to walk along the ancient streets of one of the oldest cities in the region. The city of Acre is a picturesque blend of the sea and the fishing harbor, city walls and towers, the old port and the Turkish bazaars. Here you will hear the story of the Crusaders’ stay in the city and see one of the most beautiful mosques in Israel - the Al-Jazzar Mosque (White Mosque).
Staying in Israel, you will feel the fantastic atmosphere of this country, admire inspiring landscapes, smell the sea breeze, try extraordinary dishes, and see unique historical complexes and objects of world importance!
